What a maintenance contract includes

  • Routine inspection — regular testing and inspection visits (quarterly, six-monthly or annual depending on system type and environment), covering batteries, detectors, signalling and programming, plus a check for building changes that affect system design
  • Full written report of every engineer visit by email
  • Modification work — extension and updating of existing systems as your needs change
  • Emergency work — out-of-hours calls answered by a manned centre and passed straight to our duty engineer
